5 Gaming Rules

• If a match is cancelled after a bet has been placed on Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Will VIP's terms and conditions. Violations may result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse or use of bonus hunting strategies.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or using unauthorised software.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Will VIP reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit the required documents.
• Upon self-application (voluntary account closure).

For permanently closed accounts, will vip will determine whether any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is refundable after an internal review. Balances in accounts closed voluntarily under responsible gaming are eligible for a refund.

8 Limitation of Liability

Under its terms and conditions, Will VIP is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or network issues.
• Losses resulting from issues with third-party software or devices.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their password or account details.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
